What counts as an event?
One event is one pageview or one custom event, every one of them, and properties never multiply. The engagement beacon, identify(), revenue webhooks, imports, every read through the dashboard or the API, and bot and excluded traffic are never counted.
What happens when I go over?
Going over never stops collection. A month counts as over its plan only above 110% of the allowance. One month over changes nothing. A second month in a row over the plan locks the dashboards. The lock lands 7 days after the second month passes 110% and holds until you move to a plan that covers your traffic or a month ends under 110%. Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan has unlimited team members and unlimited sites. Invite the whole team and add every client site at the same price.
Is first-party delivery really on every plan?
Yes. The tracker and its events can go through your own domain with the generated proxy handler on every plan, the trial included.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Every report downloads as CSV, the full export writes every event of a site to CSV files, and the REST API reads the same numbers as the dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that the dashboards close, and owners and admins can still export everything. 60 days after the plan ends, its sites and their events are deleted, with an email 7 days before. Pay again before then and everything comes back.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. A yearly plan costs 10 months, so 2 months are free, with the same features and the same monthly allowance.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan at any point in the 14 days. The first charge comes when the trial ends, and your sites, data and setup carry over unchanged. Nothing is charged without a plan you chose, since the trial needs no card.
More than 50 million events a month?
We'll set up a plan around your volume.
